Kate, my e-mail says:

"Copies of the originals can be ordered online for £10GBP. These are supplied digitally by Hertfordshire Archives and Local Studies and delivered via a PDF to your email address."

I'm sure you can get a will for less than £10. I'll have to look at this again when I'm dressed. It isn't very good value when I got two lengthy wills from Wiltshire for under £7.
