Default Kent place names?

Anyone out here who knows Kent and can read old Wills?

Richard Stace made his Will at Newington, Kent. Unfortunately there are 3 Kent Newingtons: Newington (Shepway), Newington (Swale) and Newington (Thanet).

In his Will he mentions property he owns elsewhere, and I thought it might help locate him if I could identify where they were. I'm not finding anything but it could be I'm misreading them.

Upchurch Raineham and Hallstowe.

So it must be this Newington:

That's great, thank you!

I was misreading the R of Raineham as a D, but I can see it now.

Yes, that's definitely the right place - found a book on Googlebooks with Richard's MI at Newington.

And the next entry in the same book...the MI of his mother, Luce, which named her first husband (John Stace - I hadn't known his name, or that he was 'of the Inner Temple')and her second husband who was the minister at Newington (I had the marriage but confirmation is good). Also that Luce was 78 when she died, so born about 1575.
