Default Maurice and Ann Murphy's deaths

This old thread shows the family in 1851 and 1861, where the surname is variously spelled Murthy and Merty:

Here they are in 1861:

The birthplaces are dubious (Maurice appears to have been born in Ireland). He is shown as aged 55, and Ann as 49. They are living in Charles St, St Leonards Shoreditch. By 1871, if the numbering is unchanged, the property is being pulled down.

I had lazily assumed, like everyone else, that Maurice died in 1876 in Marylebone, but it seems more likely that this is his death:

MURPHY, MAURICE 61 GRO Reference: 1867 D Quarter in SHOREDITCH Volume 01C Page 89

and this is Ann's

MURPHY, ANN 60 GRO Reference: 1869 J Quarter in SHOREDITCH Volume 01C

Maurice was a coachsmith, so it will be easy to check the death cert. Do you think it is worth getting them, or am I likely to be way out in my assumptions?
