His executor, elder brother John failed to execute the will. After John’s death (1809) Francis’s two eldest children who were the only ones over 21 obtained Administration with will on 29 Dec 1810. Francis left instructions for his estate at Titcomb to be sold and money to maintain his wife & children, Widow to have £10 pa during her widowhood, children to inherit equal shares of estate on becoming 21.
