Confirmation and confusion:
A cousin has just confirmed that I have followed the right line with the Ford's. A book belonging to Anna Bryant nee Ford had written "Mrs. Foard, Helston" and has the marriage of Robert Ford who married Margaret Serrell 1st Jan 1770 at St. Germoe, Cornwall.
1. Confusion Children: Margreat born 10.8.1770 baptised 7.10.1770; Anna born 10.2.1773, baptised 13/3/1773; Robart born 28.8.1775 baptised 5.11.1775; Marey born 24.6.1778 baptized 6/9/1778; George born 8.4.1781 baptized 22/7/1781. This is not the original document, so it is possible that Hannah and Honour were cut off or on the next page which he didn't see. The problem is Margreat and Marey, (that is the correct spelling) in both the OPC and Famsearch, these children's baptisms are recorded but with their mother Mary not Margaret.
