Default The children of Joseph Standfast Smith and Caroline Sadd

Here is a link to the Thread that I posted recently about Joseph Standfast Smith: http://www.genealogistsforum.co.uk/f...ad.php?t=25921

From help given to me, census searching, and birth searching for Smith babies with mother's maiden name Sadd, using https://www.gro.gov.uk/gro/content/c...xes_search.asp I have deduced that (unmarried) Joseph Standfast Smith and Caroline Sadd had five children born since civil registration began in 1837:

1 Joseph Abraham Sadd Smith (named after his father / grandfather, great-grandfather and his mother's maiden name) - birth registered September qr. 1839 St George Southwark district. He is with his grandparents (paternal grandmother and step-grandfather) in https://www.ancestry.co.uk/interacti...nSearchResults in 1841, and with his mother and his siblings Elizabeth and Annette in 1851 in Suffolk. He died in 1857.

2 Elizabeth Mary Smith (named after her maternal grandmother and paternal grandmother) - birth registered June qr. 1841 Lambeth district. In 1841 she is referred to as Mary

and as Elizabeth in 1851 http://search.ancestry.co.uk/cgi-bin...=try&h=4907430

3 Annette Dean Smith (her middle name being the surname of her step-grandfather) - birth registered December qr. 1849 Woodbridge district. She dropped the middle name at her marriage to Charles Patrick O'Conor March qr. 1869 Greenwich district. She died in 1937.

4 Reuben Henry Smith - birth registered December qr, 1856 Greenwich district. He is with his mother and siblings Annette and Hy (sic) in 1861 http://search.ancestry.co.uk/cgi-bin...&rhSource=8860
He married Louisa Putnam in 1878. NB He was referred to as Henry Edward in 1881. Possible death registration for him in 1925.

5 Edward Henry Smith - birth registered March qr. 1859 Rotherhithe district. I think, as I could not find him in census after 1861, he may have died age 2 in 1861, registered June qr. Greenwich district.

I have not been able to find any record about the second-born child, Elizabeth Mary Smith after 1851. Can anyone help, please? Thank you.
I am still checking death registrations.

There is a possibility: a death registration in Greenwich district March qr. 1865 age 26.
