Default Oxfordshire Marriage Bonds - findmypast

http://search.findmypast.co.uk/searc...ridays-1917-AU

I think they are transcriptions only, no images.

Thanks, Kate. I have found a couple of mine already. It's a shame you can't search by parish, but it doesn't seem to work for me.

Hmmm, reading more about the database, it is taken from the PDF's on another (free) website, where they are in order of parish:

http://whipple.org/oxford/marriagebonds.html

So the database on FMP is free to view as well, as long as you log in to your account, but you don't need to have a paid subscription.

Searching the FMP database by parish seems to work o.k. for me.

Yes, I've already got this!
This is just a different way of searching.

I was trying to search by groom's parish or bride's parish, which are often different for my family. That doesn't seem to give results when it should.
