Hester Pelky - another pair of eyes please

I found this image on a tree that must have got it from another tree, private.

I think it's correct that the name is Hester Pelky. (Tell me if you think I'm wrong.)

But can anyone help me with the dates and age, please?

Well, MyHeritage thinks the headstone should be found in 3rd Concession Cemetery, Noyan, Quebec, Canada but I can't find it.

EDIT:
The Ibey family is here (top of page) on the 1861 Canada census. It gives her age as 42, so DOB may be closer to 1819 than 1817?

Her dob calculated from the 1861 census and from the gravestone are possibly only a year different. Census date was 13th Jan 1861 and she died 20th Jan 1869, so aged X years and 9 months would take you back to about Apr 1817 using the grave info and Apr 1818 using the census info.

The person who called for my help has now found the entry on FamSearch using the March date I had suspected might be correct.
