Typical! Just when I have shelled out this year on the Hampshire Genealogical Society's Baptism Indexes and the Marriage Index!

Although, it has to be said, my CDs are easier to search.

And their latest cd (marriages pre 1753) isn't on there yet. I think I may have just found an ancestor on it

Does the Hampshire Genealogical Society (who provided the data) cover the Isle of Wight, Wendy? I thought the IOW had its own FHS?

My three CDs (2 for baptisms and one for marriages) exclude the Isle of Wight.

Nothing helps me much with my Purkises pre. 1790, though. *sighs*
