Default new one on me - any views ?

If I am reading this right ?
was this man buried in consecrated grounds in West Derby Liverpool - then dug up and then buried in

Burial: 25 Oct 1906 Heaton Cemetery, Bolton, Lancashire, England
Jonathan Bell -
Age: 50 Years
Occupation: Cotton Porter
Died At: Mill Rd. Hospital
Place of Burial: 3 P2 9
No of Grant: 3697
In Consecrated Ground: Church
Parish Removed From: West Derby Liverpool
Buried by: W.R. Burns
............my daughter was born in Mill Road Hospital ,West Derby - and Necropolis Cemetery is 100 yards from Mill Road Hospital

if he was dug up and re buried - why ??

added - I have to go out and will look at answers later on - thanks
