I don't think they have many London newspapers on the 19th century newspapers database but it would be worth looking. Otherwise you would have to go to a library in that area or to the British Library newspaper archive at Colindale (on the outskirts of London).l

It's more likely that there is nothing about him on there, because it doesn't include many local London papers.

It's fractured skull, not discharged shell, Daphne. The year was 1867.
