Great name!
Just going through the St. Columb parish register transcripts. Found a marriage for a chap called
Faithful Cock There's also a Margaret Willy and a Thomas Crapp.

Goodness me Nell, haven't you any dusting to do, rather than looking for rude names on the internet?

O dear .. how can I tastefully say this .. I have Cornish C o c err mm k s in my family.
For those doubting Thomas friends? of mine .. My ancestors were Nicholas and Ursulla? Surname, who had a daughter Elizabeth, bapt Wendron in 1723, she married first James Mitchell in 1743 but he died in 1745 and she then married my ancestor Elisha Martin in 1747. I don't think I could trace Nicholas or Ursula that reminds me .. I should look at variants. Last edited by tenterfieldjulie; 02-03-14 at 06:43. |
