Just found out he married for a second time, 12 Jul 1902 at St Peter, Liverpool, to his first wife's niece Jane Naomi Rimmer. Married by licence, witnesses Elias Williams and E Smith. I wonder whether his children were against the marriage or something?

Knowing the fuss in my family when a relative married his nephew's widow, I bet there was disapproval.
