While working on Mary's father for the Take 6x Great Grandparents thread I noticed several other trees with Mary in them on Ancestry, all of whom have 1743 for her birth and a different father.

My dob for her is because her age is on her gravestone, which I photographed, and several of these trees have a gravestone photo but have not taken that age at death into account, and would explain why she only had 3 children - because she married aged 40

If you ever find yourself in Kent, I've got a large Langridge tree, my mother-inlaw was a Langridge from Ramsgate

Thanks maryphil, I think these Langridges go back to East Grinstead which is very close to Edenbridge which is in Kent.
