Once again, getting back to some research after a period of inactivity...
Name - "official" name and what they were known as Robert Lawrence Randall Date and place of birth 10th February 1860, Holt, Norfolk Names of parents William Randall and Sarah Randall (formerly Holmes) Date and place of baptism - if applicable Don't know Details of each of his or her marriages - if any To Clara Mary Weir (formerly Wills), c1880 Occupation(s) - if any Watch, clock and gunmaker, gas fitter, cycle agent (? - from 1901 census entry, not sure if I've read it correctly), electrician Addresses where they lived (including county if in UK) - and please list which censuses you have or haven't found him/her on. 1861 (aged 1) New Street, Holt, Norfolk 1871 (aged 11) New Street, Holt, Norfolk 1881 (aged 21) 18 North Row, Cromer, Norfolk 1891 (aged 31) West Street (? - can't read address very well, but that's what the FMP transcription has it as), Cromer, Norfolk 1901 (aged 43) 21 Mount Street, Cromer, Norfolk 1911 (aged 51) 21 Mount Street, Cromer, Norfolk Date, place and cause of death Don't know Date and place of burial / cremation. Don't know Details of will / administration of their estate - if applicable Don't know Memorial inscription - if any Don't know

Hi Michael
I am related to these Randalls - not sure what you are looking for, but may be able to help. Robert Lawrence's brother, John Holmes Randall was my great grandfather. Robert L married Clara Mary Wills and they lived in Cromer. They had 8 children that I know of and I met a couple of them in the 70s when they were very elderly..... what info are you looking for? Marriage
1881 Q1 Erpingham 4b 123 To Clara Mary Wills who doesn't seem to have been married previously but who had a daughter Winifred W Weir in 1877 (birth not registered that I can find on freeBMD) Winifred is living with them on the 1881, 1891 & 1901 census but is listed as Winifred Randall on the 1891. I can't find Clara on the 1871. There is a spate of Weir births to a Lambert & Annie Weir around Norwich from about 1880. Can't see any real connection except that they moved from Lakenham in 1881 to Heigham in 1891. One of those mysteries.... According to FTM Robert Lawrence Randall is my second cousin 3 times removed ! - I'm descended from his grandfather (b1768)
