Default Baby Wilkins

I would really appreciate if anyone could see if they can find a registered death for 'Baby Wilkins' who was born in Walsall Manor hospital, Walsall, on the 03/01/1971. He was classed as a still born baby and the father was given a death certificate from the hospital, however this has been lost over the years. I have been hitting brick walls and cannot find this little chap any where, the parents were also told that he was buried in a paupers grave. Any suggestions would be gratefully received.

If he was stillborn, there would not be an entry on the GRO death register, only the stillbirth register which is not available online.
