There is an Elizabeth Honour death Jul-Sep 1883 St Saviour Southwark district, age 57, which could be her. Charles Henry Honour's death was registered in that district, Oct-Dec 1886, age 51.

i also found in 1841 Registration district: St Mary Newington Sub-registration district: St Peters Piece: 1064 Book: 8 Folio: 12 Page number: 17 Household Members: Name Age William Webb 35 paint colourer Elizabeth Webb 40 Elizabeth Webb 15 William Webb 14 Richard Webb 12 Anna Webb 8 Findley Webb 6 James Webb 3 Esther Webb 1 6 Mo dob for elizabeth ties up but not fathers name as george on mc so not sure regards lynden

It says yes for born in county on that 1841 census entry. Also George Webb's occupation on Elizabeth's first marriage cert is Farrier. So I don't think that is likely to be the right family.
