There is an Elizabeth Honour death Jul-Sep 1883 St Saviour Southwark district, age 57, which could be her. Charles Henry Honour's death was registered in that district, Oct-Dec 1886, age 51.

dob for elizabeth ties up but not fathers name as george on mc so not sure

It says yes for born in county on that 1841 census entry. Also George Webb's occupation on Elizabeth's first marriage cert is Farrier. So I don't think that is likely to be the right family.
