Yes.
But this man has confused me because of the name changing. I might have got the wrong Obadiah! All the facts fit but I am still not certain.

RG number: HO107 Piece: 444 Book/Folio: 6/9 Page: 13 William and Ester with son Charles Address: Westmill Farm, Bengeo County: Hertfordshire As you will know, Bengeo is only just north of Hertford. Braughing, however, in rather further north.

Aged 5. Bless her.
