My mother's father's father's mother's mother's mother.

Details of each of his or her marriages:
Marriage to John Wagg about 1778 possibly in Great Massingham, Norfolk, England (but I haven’t found one) the first child that I have found Elizabeth was baptised there in 1778 as was all the children I found.

It's at Little Massingham, Maggie - 4th Nov 1777, John Wag (spelt Wag at the top but Wagg where he made his mark) bachelor OTP and Dinah Pickins spinster OTP married by licence, witnesses Abel Brett and Davy Denham. It's on image no 7 of the Little Massingham marriages 1754 - 1812.

I started trying to look through the Little Massingham baptisms but I got "Please try again later" and FreeREG is taking ages.

ooooh found it, thank you didn't think to look at Little Massingham to be honest didn't know there was a Little one it's just along the road from Great I have just looked on Google maps.

Just had a thought Boyd's index is wrong then, it says Great which is where I expected it to be.

Maybe Boyd noted it down as Lt Massingham and then when he copied it out he misread it as Gt Massingham.

Ah, FamilySearch has a baptism for a Dinah Picken 20 Jan 1757 at South Creake, Norfolk, parents Edmund and Mary. Not too far from Little Massingham.
