FamilySearch has the baptism of a Rebecca Paine 13 Jun 1813 at Hawkhurst, Kent, parents Richard and Sarah. Do you know whether your Sarah had a daughter Rebecca?

Yes Sarah had a daughter Rebecca and although she gives her pob as either Kent or Sevenoaks Kent, there is another daughter who was born two years later (24 Mar 1815) who also gives her pob as Sevenoaks so maybe Hawkhurst was just a temporary residence?
