Not sure who Sheridan Smith is but a good line up definitely looking forward to Billy Connolly and Martin Shaw.

The new series starts on Thursday night at 21:00 on BBC1, with Julie Walters. I don't know why they had to pick a day and time where it clashes with the only series I'm currently watching on the telly! (The Honourable Woman on BBC2).
Also there is a 100th episode special on Wednesday night at 22:35 and repeated Monday 11th Aug at 23:20, also BBC1. This is a "clip show" by the look of it: http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/b04d8tdg
