Amy Emma Archer nee Dobson remarried to Lawrence Robinson in 1846. In 1851 she is 39 and born St Pancras.

Not much help as I can't find baps for Amy Emma or William in the right place to see if they could be siblings.

Emanuel Archer married Amy Emma Dobson 3 Aug 1829 at St George Bloomsbury, witnesses John Harrison and Jane Colson.
On the 1851 census it seems that Emma has remarried to a Laurence Robinson, shoe maker:
1851 census
Emma is age 39, born Pancras.
The marriage comes up on FreeBMD - Jul-Sep 1846 St Giles district, Lawrence Robinson and Amy Emma Archer. But it doesn't come up in the LMA records so perhaps a register office wedding?

Just trying to find a baptism for Amy Emma to see who her parents were.

Edit - I see you got there before me, Merry! Apart from the baptism which I haven't found either...

There is a tree on ancestry with Amy Emma and both her spouses, but they evidently haven't got a copy of her second marriage cert to see who her father was.

Thanks all - I've only just started on William & had nothing but the name of his wife,
believed to have been to Mary Ann Taylor, but I'm relying on other's research for that being correct.
So - we've got William b abt 1895 & a widower, marrying Mary Ann Taylor in 1834. They go on to have children Susanna Elizabeth 1835, William Henry 1837 - 1838, and my Mary Ann, b abt 1839.
Mary Ann (Taylor) dies 1850 aged 42, & the family has an association with the Gooses(Geese?)
Oh, and William was the Jimmy Choo of Old Islington! Great!

So you don't yet have the birth cert for Mary Ann b 1839? This looks like it:

Births Jun 1839
Dobson Mary Ann Islington 3 184

You would then have confirmation of her mmn.
