Checks tree..... Oh, he's the father-in-law of one of the more interesting people on my tree, but I don't seem to have a death for him....Looks as if he may have died between 1838 and 1841 (maybe 1840 Q1?). Did I say that before?

I think that date sounds about right! You seemed pretty sure he'd left a will & wanted to know if he had included his daughter in it
They have indexes for wills so I should be able to track it down for you.
