Queenie Mildred Burroughes Always known as Peggy for totally unknown reasons Born: 7.40pm 4th February 1910 at 184 College Road, Norwich, Norfolk, England She had a twin, Gladys Maud, who died aged 3 days No christening record found Parents: Percy Robert Burroughes & Gertrude Mary (née Eastaugh) Married: Richard John Wallace King in Lakenham, Norfolk on 14th June 1934 This is them for their Golden wedding anniversary in 1984: DSC04812.jpg For some reason I feel uncomfortable listing all the addresses I have for her. She mostly lived in Norfolk but spent some time in Devon and some in Rhodesia (now Zimbabwe). The last few years were near her daughter, around Eastbourne. Died: 24th July 1991, Eastbourne Hospital, just a few months after her husband. acute peritonitis, perforated duodenal ulcer This is at her grandson's wedding about 6 weeks before she died: DSC05339.jpg
