Default Edward Jones

This a photo of my Elusive great grandfather, it's not a very good one but hoping someone could improve it a little. it would be very much appreciated.

Zoe, how big is the file on your own computer? The problem may be the way you're displaying it here on GF?

It's mainly the scanning ~ whoever did it scanned the scanner lid as well as the image !

No use at all ... see instructions, here

Even with the scanner settings wrong that is one very small scan.
