There are a couple of female E T's aged 64 and 63 in an institution in "St Thomas, Devonshire" on the 1911.

 )Kate - St Thomas is the Exeter area and I think that's too far away - She died a lot later and in her own house 20 miles away... still - can't rule them out - thanks
