Our site rules don't allow for posting details of living people, or people who could still be alive, without their consent, Qwackers. But from what you just posted, Franck was born about 1916, is that right? In which case we would assume he is no longer living.

thats the tree , he was francois on his military call up papers . i have been in contact with the owner of the tree whose husband is a distant relative of francois marcel . we know that Francois died in marseille in 1957 . i found three names on the cemetery lists which are francois , leona formerly guillon and renee alcouffe . it says francois and leona cremated 2010 and renee later . these names fit with francois wife leona guillon who he married in kampala and they had a child renee leona , who i thought had died . It's strange that the names are right but if the cremation dates are correct it isn't them

They could have been buried first, then years later exhumed and cremated?

One of the useless facts floating round in my brain is that in France, cremation must take place within six days of death. Don't know if that has always been the case. Perhaps the date was the scattering or burial of ashes?
