I've been offered a 15% discount and wondering whether to go for it.

Do they have better offers during the year?

They might have a better offer near to Christmas - Black Friday or whatever. If you go onto Lost Cousins newsletter and search their custom search box for Findmypast, you will see other discounts which have been offered at various times of previous years. I think 15% is their standard discount but sometimes there are much better ones.
