It looks as if Sedgley baps are on the IGI but no Hannah Roberts. There are several entries at Tipton and one at Saint Peter's Collegiate in Wolverhampton which could be her. Also Sedgley is close to the Worcestershire border......

This one is probably the most tempting (of what is online), but it's going to be tricky to be certain:

HANNAH ROBERTS
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Event(s):
Birth:
Christening: 26 AUG 1810 Tipton, Stafford, England

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Parents:
Father: JOHN ROBERTS Family
Mother: ELEANOR

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Messages: Extracted birth or christening record for the locality listed in the record.

Have you played around with this one, Babs?
FamilySearch ► Research Aids ► England Jurisdictions 1851
http://maps.familysearch.org/

For Sedgley it's telling me:

Place: Sedgley
County: Staffordshire
Civil Registration District: Dudley
Probate Court: Court of the Peculiar of the Manor of Sedgley
Diocese: Lichfield
Rural Deanery: Himley
Poor Law Union: Dudley
Hundred: North Seisdon
Province: Canterbury

I searched "Sedgley" then after a wait I clicked on "Sedgley, Staffordshire" and in the box that came up I clicked on the tab for Jurisdictions.

Still from the same site, Civil Registration districts contiguous to Dudley are:
Stourbridge
Wolverhampton; Walsall; Penkridge
Penkridge
Wolverhampton
Bromsgrove; Stourbridge; West Bromwich
West Bromwich
