Kite

don't ask difficult questions !!!
I took all this information from my database - when I went back to freebmd, lancsbmd and all those sources, could not find a thing to confirm my dates !!!

I know he died before 1858, as Maria married again - well I could not even find that at first - she used her maiden name, Maria Ollerenshaw when she married Henry Edwards in 1858 - I know its the right one, as all her Featherstone children are with them in the next census.

So maybe James and Maria did not actually get married - several of their children used OLLERENSHAW as their middle name. I have some of the children's freebmd entries, but they are not in Lancsbmd or freereg.

So James died in either 1851 or 1855 (freebmd entries, except the 1851 was only 33 according to lancsbmd), but I cannot find the burial entry I have noted. The census says he was 58 in 1851 and 47 in 1841 (not rounded).

Edit - think I finally found his burial - no first name listed.
