The vicar got it right though, for Florence at least, so I suspect it is transcription errors. Be interesting to find out!
I know all about that bit of paper, one of my ancestors carefully carried it round and used itfor every family registration event in Scotland for about 80 years. Pity the mother 's surname does not exist anywhere on earth. OC
