Definitely East Harling Babs, but no baptism date on either of those.
I'm wondering whether whoever transcribed them made an error and put the date in the birth part instead of baptism.

You can see the entry for yourself. It's image 16 of bap & bur 1721 - 1812 on Family Search. It looks as if the birth dates are being recorded rather than baptism dates.

Yes, it does look like the vicar recorded the dates of birth instead of baptism or recording both.
How unusual.

In my part of Norfolk (Holt area) the vicars were recording both. Usually the same day or within a week. If that vicar were operating under the same rules and kept a tight ship, he might only record the birth because the baptism followed so closely.
