Default Australian marriage or death search please.

Sorry for the lengthy post.

Mark Pewter:
I have lots of the documents and newspaper reports from England and Australia up to 1846 when he was granted a Hawker's License after his pardon the previous year.
Can anyone find him after this date please?
Born 1803 Tollesbury, Essex.
1822 Imprisonment for 1Yr larceny
1826 Married Phoebe Smith - 2 children Sarah 1827 Eliza 1829.
1829 May Tried at Chelmsford and sentenced to transportation for Life for sheep stealing.
Sent to Prison Hulk Leviathan at Portsmouth.
1829 Oct Ship: Katherine Stewart Forbes Embarked for NSW Australia
1830 Arrival Sydney Cove, New South Wales, Australia.
Proceeded to Liverpool Planes and assigned to Alexander McLeod at Ratagan on arrival.
1838 received a ticket of leave.
1844 and 1846 He ran The Red House which was not licensed between these years . He provided accommodation, paddocks and stockyards.
1845 Granted 2nd class conditional pardon.

Ad in the Maitland Mercury in 1845 reads: The Red House - Halfway between Maitland and Singleton, on the old line of road.
Mark Pewter having entered upon the above premises begs to inform parties travelling that road that they will meet with good accommodation at reasonable charges. Teams can have the advantage of paddocks and stockyard at the under mentioned charges: Fat Cattle 1 1/2d per night Working bullocks 2d per night Horses 3d per night.

1846 Mark Pewter was granted a Hawker's License.

Thanks
