Found the nephew William on the 1861 census and he is the one who married Mary Bond 5 Aug 1838 at St James, Accrington, a minor, father James Kenyon, bleacher. There is a likely baptism for William 31 May 1818, parents James and Betty, abode Baxenden, father's occupation labourer, and a possible marriage for his parents 2 Nov 1817 - James Kenyon / Betty Hargreaves. No witnesses' names available for this marriage. I have found a James Kenyon, bleacher, age 45 on the 1841 census with a Betty, at Rothwell Mill, New Accrington, likely to be William's parents. The George who was the son of Robert and Mary had a brother James born 1796 so this all fits together nicely. I suppose I'd better order a copy of that will...
