So, you mean this census, below? The head of the family is recorded as Robert instead of Richard. Pity you didn't mention that in your post!

I'm not sure how you made Camarthen, Heol-galed out of Lancashire Liverpool??
1851 and 1871 both say Liverpool too, so now I'm wondering if your original post should be referring to someone else?
