There is a Caleb Osborne baptism 18 Feb 1683 at Chiddingfold, Surrey, son of Caleb Osborne. Looking at the map, Chiddingfold is only a few miles from Kirdford.
Edit - FamilySearch also lists a Kaleb Osborne baptised 18 Feb 1684 at Haslemere, son of Kaleb Osborne, but I wonder whether this is the same person as above. Off to look at ancestry...
