Parties: 1) Edward Trewbody Carlyon of Tregrehan, esquire, to 2) Thomas Bennett of St Blazey, carpenter. 99 year lease, lives of lessee, wife Mary, son Edward, rent 10 shillings. Newly erected dwelling-house and garden late in occupation of John Bassett, near May's Lane End.

This is just before the burial I have for him.

The wife and son are correct.
