Yes Toni Daniel married twice first to Ann who died in Rothesay and then to Agnes Blue who was the widow of William Rankin.
Agnes used the name Ann on the passenger list arriving in Australia. Neil also put down Ann as Daniel’s wife on Daniels death certificate.
There wasn’t any mention of how long they were married and even the 7 years it said Daniel was in Victoria was wrong - it could only have been a maximum of 4 as he was living in Long Gulley, South Australia in 1856 when Alexander Rankin married at his home.
