Yes that makes sense. The age is just counted back from age at DOD. He was first married in 1800. I will try and trawl through all the info and make more sense of it. There is a large amount of info from different lines of the family and from different sources and it takes a lot of focusing to try and put it in order. While there is a lot of info, the families if they had bdms, didn't release them to the author of book in a coherent manner. Being the youngest son I suppose it is possible that a father or older brother financed the lease. There is a story of him living with an older unmarried brother and he was supposed to inherit and another brother cut him out!!!
