I haven't been able to find a baptism for Daniel; the IGI doesn't have much for Leicester, and I've checked the LDS microfilm of St. Margaret's baptisms with no success (much of it is illegible, though). I don't think he's the son of William and Mary baptised in Husbands Bosworth in 1785, because that Daniel appears on the 1841 census with a different occupation, wife and children.

The 1820 burial is probably correct; the last child, Daniel, was baptised at Saint Margaret's church, Leicester on 21 March 1820, and his parents are described in the baptism register as "Daniel (late) and Ann".
