Thank you all. Yes, "Tamar His Wife" and the 1846 death registration are both her. Samuel's age was also given as 60 in 1841, but the 1774 birth record is the only one which fits.
If the 1775 baptism is for John (thanks Kite) then that looks like a dead end on Tamar, at least until I get a flash of inspiration from somewhere else...
