Have you looked at the Diocesan Record Office catalogue for the area? That should tell you whether there are any surviving BTs (Surrey had virtually nothing before 1800)
Also look for wills, which might mention children and Poor Law, which again might name children. Plus marriages of siblings for witnesses.
