You need to check the Parish Records for Bidborough which hopefully will find you the record you are seeking, so you may find some help from the following site:

Even though the online Parish Clerk is vacant there should still be an e mail that you can fire off for more help.

You could also try the following NA A2A site which gives you the address for the Kentish Studies in Maidstone

For what it is worth there was a lot of "milling" around the Medway to include flour and paper mills and saw mills and therefore sawyers were abundant in the area.
