Default Not sure this can be solved but...

I have Elizabeth Carnell marrying in Branscombe, Devon in 1754, a sojourner in the parish. She stays there and has 10 children and is recorded as being 84 when she's buried in 1815.

There seem to be three candidates for a baptism, using FMP and FS - Elizabeth Carnal 1729 Halberton, Elizabeth Carnell 1731 Kingsteignton and Betty Carnal 1735 Feniton - but the latter two both seem to marry in their parish.

The Halberton Elizabeth was daughter of Prudence. There are burials at Halberton for Elizabeths in 1732 and 1774, no details. Prudence doesn't seem to marry (and I can't see any baptism or previous marriage for her) and is buried in Halberton in 1765.

Of course, my Elizabeth doesn't have any daughters named Prudence.

Any ideas?
