Derby Mercury May 29th 1839

Pursuant to a Decree of Her Majesty's Court of Exchequer at Westminster, made in a cause of PARKER v MOORLEY, and PARKER v PEET & COOPER, the Creditors of JOSEPH MOORLEY late of Derby, in the County of Derby, Hosier (who died in the month of March 1837) are by their Solicitors to come in and prove their debts before Richard Richards Esq one of the Masters of the said Court, at his chambers in Tanfield Court, in the Inner Temple, London or in default thereof they will be excluded the benefit of the said Decree.
