Perhaps the rest of the family were abroad in 1901 as I cannot find them on UK census.
Cannot find them on 1871 so probably married in Germany. Have looked on IGI but cannot see a marriage there.
I found a Heimann Rudolph Josephy
Gender: Male Birth: 18 JUL 1847 Goldberg, , Mecklenburg-Schwerin, Germany Parents Marcus Josephy and Johanna Hinrichsen
Youngest son Hermann was born Leeds 1873 so looks like they emigrated to England 1871-1873
