As I have absolutely no idea (and am very unlikely to ever find out!) who my FFMF was, I'll have to use my husband's FFMF.

Date, place and cause of death - 16 April 1884, Broadclyst, Devon after an accident. Trewman's Exeter Flying Post dated Wed 23 April 1884 has an article describing the death of Joseph Spiller where he fell under the wheels of the cart he was driving.
Date and place of burial / cremation. - unknown, but possibly buried at St John the Baptist, Broadclyst
