Well, some vicars would write 'minor' or 'with consent of parent' etc alongside the name in the marriage register (I guess this was the correct procedure) or maybe in the banns register - this one either hasn't bothered, or maybe she was a buxom wench and looked 21 or the vicar had bad eyesight and no one bothered about the formalities, OR the vicar did have parental consent, but didn't write it down anywhere!
