There don't seem to be any baptisms for an Ann(e) Fowler in Berwickshire between 1775 and 1795.
If Anne and her husband followed traditional Scottish naming patterns for their children (and if I haven't missed any children early on!) then her parents should be called George and Elizabeth. The names of the eldest son and second daughter do match John's parents, so I'll give this a try.
