Their daughter Annie Lydia Victoria is born later that year in Isleworth, Middlesex. The baptism isn't on Ancestry but a transcription is on FMP and Mary Ann is named as Annie. They don't appear to have any further children.
This is Mary Ann and Annie in 1891. Mary Ann is a servant and widowed and Annie a visitor.
